摘要
目的 近年来 ,海员心脑血管疾病的发生率有逐年增高之势 ,严重威胁海运职工的健康 ,为掌握海员心脑血管疾病的发病因素 ,保障船员身心健康 ,由此对海员心脑血管疾病高发因素进行调查。方法 我们从 1997～ 1999年对 2 4 6 4名海员作健康体检 ,另随机抽选出 4 2 8名陆地单位男性职工作对照。结果 高血压占 2 1 5 % ,高脂血症占 2 4 6 % ,糖尿病占 3 5 % ,冠心病占 10 5 2 %。结论 海员心脑血管疾病的发生率明显高于陆地人员。
Objective The incidences of cardiovascular and cerebravascular diseases increase in recent years,which are threat to the health of seamen.A survey on the risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebravascular diseases was made,in order to safeguard the health of seamen.Methods Health examination for 2464 seamens was made during 1997～1999.Additionally,428 men working in land were randomly selected as a control group.Results The results showed that the rates of hypertension,hyperlipemia,diabetes and coronary heart diseases were 21.5%,24.6%,3.5% and 10.52%,respectively.Conclusion The incidences of seamen in cardiovascular and cerebravascular diseases were significant higher than that of men working in land.
