摘要
目的 评价VATS治疗自发性气胸的临床价值。方法 4 2例病人随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组应用VATS治疗 ,对照组常规开胸手术 ,比较两组平均术后住院日及疗效。结果 实验组平均术后住院日比对照组缩短 6 11d(P <0 0 5 ) ;实验组术后合并症比对照组减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ;实验组比对照组术后痛苦小 ,术后 4 8h停用止痛药 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 VATS治疗自发性气胸疗效肯定 ,平均术后住院日缩短、术后合并症少、痛苦小 ,优于常规开胸术。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of VATS in treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods Fourty two patients were divided into two groups radomly.VATS was used in the experimental group while the routine treatment was used in the control group.Hospital stay and effect of treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results Hospital stay and complications were less in group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VATS is safe and effective because of the shorter hospital stay,less pain and complications.
