摘要
观察了酵母核糖核酸对不同龄(6周龄、10周龄、6月龄)正常昆明种小鼠胸腺形态结构的影响,发现酵母RNA可能有延缓胸腺年龄性退化作用,对胸腺已开始萎缩的10周龄小鼠作用最明显.可考虑为敏感年龄组。
The effects of yeast-RNA on morphologic structure in normal mice withdifferent ages (6-week, ten-week and six-month old) were observed. Wediscorved that yeast-RNA could be delaied physiologic involution of thymusespecially that of ten-week old mice.
