摘要
采用较大动静脉瘘动物模型,研究动静脉瘘术后5个月大鼠心肌细胞形态学的改变。与对照组相比,心肌细胞平均体积及心重与体重的百分比均增加92%,左右心室及室间隔各部的心肌细胞体积、长径和横截面积均明显加大,其中以右室心肌细胞及左室内膜心肌细胞的肥大更为显著。动静脉瘘术后大鼠心脏各区心肌细胞的单核与双核百分比没有明显改变,游离心肌细胞测量的结果提示,心脏体积与重量增加的原因是由于心肌细胞肥大,而不是由于心肌细胞增生。
Regional changes in cardiac myocyte size were examined in adult rats, 5months after creating a large aortocaval fistula. Isolated cardiac myocytes werecollected from the left and right ventricles and septum for cell size measure-ments. Main cell volume, cell length, and cross-sectional area increased significantly in each region of heart examined. Hypertrophy was more pro-nounced in cells from the right ventricle and the endomyocardium of the leftventricle. The percentage of the cells with mononucleation or binucleation wasnot changed in any region of heart of rats with fistulas. Data from isolatedcardiac myocytes suggested that cellular hypertrophy, rather than hyperplasia,was responsible for the increased cardiac mass.
