摘要
应用微电极细胞外记录神经元单位放电的方法,研究侧脑室微量注射辣椒素(capsaicin,cars)对猫下丘脑前部-视前区(PO/AH)温度敏感神经元放电活动的影响。cars对记录到的10例热敏神经元均有升高放电频率的作用,经t检验,差别有高度统计学意义;5例冷敏神经元均有减低放电频率的作用,经t检验,差别有统计学意义;3例温度不敏感神经元中的1例是兴奋作用,2例未引起放电频率的变化。结果提示,cars是经调控神经元的活动而调节体温的。
The present work, with the microeletrode extracellular recording method,studied the effect of capsaicin injected via lateral ventricle on the discharges ofthe temperature-sensitive neurons located in the preoptic anterior hypothalamus(PO/AH)of cats. The results showed that capsaicin had an effect of increasing the frequence of discharges of warm-sensitive neurons in various degrees,which was significantlydifferent from that before administration of capsaicin bythe student's test. Capsaicin was demonstrated to inhibit, in various degr-ees, the discharge frequences for the 5 cold-sensitive neurons recorded, whichwas significantly different from that before administration of capsaicin. Capsaicinevoked increasing of the discharge frequences, exhibiting excitatory effectfor one of the 3 temperature insensitive neurons; the other two did not causethe increase of dischange frequences after given capsaicin. The results suggestthat the influence of capsaicin on the regulation of temperature is mediatedby adjusting the activities of neurons.
