摘要
应用光镜和电镜技术,对疱疹病毒Ⅰ型感染后的培养细胞CV-1中微丝结构与功能的变化进行动态观察,探讨病毒感染造成的微丝形态及分布变化。观察结果,或染细胞微丝分布不均、结构不清。
The light and electron microscopies that reveal the microfilament in whole-mount cells were employed to observe the dynamic changes in structure andfunction of cultured cell CV-1 after infected by herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ.The microfilament changes in morphology and distribution caused by virusinfection and its interaction with virus multiplication were also discussed.
