摘要
针对动力转向阀泄漏量检测的特殊要求,本文提出采用模块化设计思想,设计专用检测仪。在数据处理与转换过程中引入间隙补偿和误差自修正的策略,在液位读取时采用双光电头传感器实现准确可靠地定位,保证高速、高效、高精度地实时动态检测动力转向阀泄漏量。
In this paper, a special automatic leakage detection has been designed by the idea of modular according to special need of power steering control valve.In order to realise correct and realizable detection, clearance compensation and error correction has been applied during data processing. A double optical - electronic insulator has been used to ensure high speed and high accuracy detect the leakage of power steering control valve.
