摘要
本文应用HRP逆行标记法研究猫空肠回肠初级感觉神经元的形态、大小和定位分布。猫空、回肠初级感觉纤维来自双侧T_3~L_5脊神经节和双侧迷走神经下节,脊神经节的集中分布节段是T_(10)~L_3节段。但空肠和回肠初级感觉神经元的集中分布节段有所不同,空肠是T_(10)~L_2脊神经节,回肠是T_(12)~L_2脊神经节。分布特点符合既分散又集中的分布模式。空肠和回肠初级感觉神经元的形态多呈椭圆形、圆形,少数为不规则形。细胞大小以中小型为主,又以中型为多。标记细胞在脊神经节和迷走神经下节内呈弥散性分布。
The shape, size and located distribution of the primary sensory neurons ofthe jejunum and ileum in the cat were studied by the HRP method. We foundthat the primary sensory fibers of the jejunum and ileum in the cat arosefrom the T_3~L_5 spinal ganglia and the inferior ganglion of vagus nervebilaterally, more latelled cells were seen in the T_(10)-L_3 spinal ganglia. So itis cencluded that the origin of the primary sensory fibers of 1he jejunum andileum exhibits a scattering and concentrating pattern. The shape of the primarysensory neurons of the jejunum and ileum mainly is oval, circular and fusiform.The labelled cells mainly are medium and small size. The distribution of thelatelled cells in the spinal ganglia and the inferior ganglion of vagus nerve isscattering.
