摘要
通过噪声测量和频谱分析,对CB3232程控转塔车床的主传动系统的噪声进行了实验研究。根据频谱分析结果,找出了对系统整机噪声影响最大的传动零件,并对其进行了改进设计和加工,达到了整机噪声降低2~3分贝的目标。
In this paper, the noise of CB3232 lathe with procedure control is researched by experiment of noise and analysis of frequency band. According to this conclusion, some gears which has main function for reducing system noise are found and re - designed or re - manufactured, the noise of this lathe has been reduced for 2 - 3 dbA.
