摘要 针对火山岩气藏开发建设项目投资规模大、市场风险高的特点,为确保项目决策科学合理、资金投入得以实现预期收益、技术经济指标达到要求、项目具有良好的生命力和风险抵抗能力,需要对火山岩气藏产能建设项目进行科学合理的经济评价。在火山岩气藏产能建设项目经济效益后评价相关理论的基础上,由专家对经济效益后评价指标进行评估,通过层次分析法明确指标权重,运用模糊综合评价法完成实例研究,应用"最大隶属度"原则得出评价结果,该方法为火山岩气藏产能建设项目经济效益后评价提供了有效的手段。 Volcanic gas reservoir development and construction projects have characteristics of large investment scale and high market risk.In order to ensure that project decision-making can be scientific and reasonable, investment can achieve the expected benefits, technical and economic indicators can meet requirements and the project can have good vitality and ability to resist risks,scientific and reason-able economic evaluation should be conducted to the volcanic gas reservoir productivity construction project. On the basis of relevant theories about economic benefit post evaluation of the volcanic gas reservoir productivity construction project, experts are asked to evaluate the indicators of economic benefit post evaluation, clarity the indicator weigh through analytic hierarchy process, complete case study by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and get results by applying the principle of maxi-mum membership degree. The method provides effective means for economic benefit post evaluation of the volcanic gas reservoir productivity construction project.
