锥壳动态环境适应性试验研究

摘要 针对薄壁圆锥壳结构设计需要,开展一种锥壳在预紧状态下的动态环境适应性研究。采用线性稳定理论求解锥壳的轴压屈曲临界载荷,介绍试验设备、装置、条件与流程,经过试验获得其加速度-振动条件下的环境适应性结果。研究结果表明:在规定的动态环境下,锥壳具备一定的支撑刚度,不会出现结构强度不足引起的质量块偏心问题,锥壳的安全系数不小于1.8,具有较好的动态环境适应性。该成果可用于确定锥壳的最终状态和锥壳装配的预紧力控制。 According to the product structure design of thin-walled conical shell, the dynamic environmental adaptability of preloaded conical shell was studied. The critical load of axial buckling of conical shell was solved by linear stability theory. The test equipments, conditions and process were introduced, and the environmental adaptability results under vibration-acceleration were obtained by test. Research results show that the conical shell has certain support stiffness under special dynamic environment, which cannot cause target ball eccentric due to insufficient structure strength, and the safety factor of conical shell is not less than 1.8, which means conical shell has a good dynamic environmental adaptability. The results can be used to determine the final state of conical shell and the pretension control of conical shell assembled.
