摘要
为了优化武器装备综合维修保障模式,使导弹的维修保障由定期维修向视情维修的方向转变,提出了分布式数据库+中心数据库的导弹视情维修总体技术方案,并对其进行硬件设计。根据导弹测试数据的分布特性,采用参数可靠度逆向估算法确定导弹维修检测周期。分析结果表明:该方案可以通过环境监测数据和测试数据实现对导弹的状态监测和预测维修,具有一定的实用性,能够为武器装备的视情维修提供决策依据。
In order to optimize the mode of weaponry integrated maintenance and support, the overall technology scheme on missile condition-based maintenance is proposed with distributed databases and the central database, aiming to promoting transformation from periodic maintenance to condition-based maintenance, and its hardware is designed. According to the missile test data distribution characteristics, use the parameter reliability reverse estimate method to determine the missile maintenance test period. The analysis results show that the scheme could realize the condition detection and pre-maintenance by using the environmental monitoring data and test data. It is practical and it could provide technical supports for weaponry condition-based maintenance.
