摘要
随着社会的发展进步、生活水平的提高,人们健康意识与健康观念较以前有了很大改善与提升,社会对于卫生事业管理人才的需求也随之加大。卫生事业管理人才的培养是卫了更好地满足人民群众对公共卫生预防与保健、提升健康水平的需求。文章通过我国5所具有代表性的医学院校卫生事业管理专业培养体系相关情况的对比分析,解析现有培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、评价体系、师资队伍等的现状,发现现阶段所存在的问题,进而提出应进一步明确人才培养目标,优化课程体系,建立规范的评价体系等,以期为卫生事业管理专业培养体系的优化提供意见参考。
With the development of society and the improvement of living standards, people's health consciousness has beengreatly improved and the demand for health care professionals has also increased. The training of healthcare managementpersonnel is to better meet the needs of the people for public health prevention, health care and health maintenance. Thispaper makes a comparative analysis of the training system of healthcare administration major in 5 representative medicalcollege in China, analyzes the existing training objectives, curriculum settings, teaching methods, evaluation system, teachingstaff and so on, finds out the problems that exist at this stage, puts forward to further clarify the target of personnel training,optimize the curriculum system, establish a standard evaluation system, etc., so as to provide advice for the optimization ofthe training system of healthcare administration major.
