摘要
采用密炼机共混方法制备不同配比聚丙烯(PP)/间同1,2-聚丁二烯(s-PB)合金。研究了PP、s-PB以及PP/s-PB合金在不同剂量电子束辐射后稳定性。采用拉力试验机、扫描电子显微镜和熔体流动测速仪分别进行了拉伸性能、微观形态和熔体流动速率测试。结果表明,辐照后PP/s-PB合金断裂伸长率与纯PP相比有了明显提高,同时PP与s-PB之间界面黏结力增强。s-PB的加入降低了PP的辐射敏感性。
The samples of polypropylene (PP)/syndiotactic 1, 2-polybutadiene (s-PB) blends as a function of different ratios were melt-compounded by internal mixer. The stabilization of PP, s-PB and their blends against electron beam irradiation of different doses were studied. Stabilization were characterized in terms of changes in tensile properties, surface morphology and melt flow index by Instron, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and melt flow index testing machine, respectively. The results suggest that the significant improvement in elongation at break is obtained by the addition of s-PB in the PP matrix after irradiation. Moreover, the interfacial adhesion is stronger between PP and s-PB compared with unirradiated PP/s-PB blends. The addition of s-PB obviously decreases the PP sensitivity to radiation effects.
