摘要
以内蒙古鄂尔多斯色连一矿为工程背景,运用FLAC 3D数值模拟软件,通过分析2-2煤层(上煤层)开采对3-1煤层(下煤层)的影响来判定3-1煤层巷道错距的取值范围,然后对该错距范围内的巷道布置做进一步数值模拟分析。通过建立内错5m、7m、9m、11m四种模型,从应力及塑性区分布规律的角度入手,最终确定当巷道内错11m,即3-1煤层中间煤柱42m时较合理。数值模拟结果在现场得到了验证。
Taking Selian No. 1 Mine in Ordos, Inner Mongolia as the engineering background, through using FLAC 3D numerical simulation software and analyzing the influence of upper 2-2 seam mining on lower 3-1 seam mining, the value range of staggered distance of 3-1 seam roadways was determined, and drift layout within the range of staggered distance was further simulated and analyzed. The authors built numerical models with four different staggered distance, 5 m, 7 m, 9 m or 11 m, and analyzed from the distribution law of stress and plastic zone. The results showed that when the staggered distance was 11 m or the width of middle coal pillar of 3-1 coal seam was 42 m, the roadway layout scheme was more reasonable, and the results were verified in the site.
