摘要
近年来国际上关于处方序列对称分析(PSSA)的研究不断增加,应用也越来越成熟。本文通过收集分析国内外PSSA相关文献,将其研究类型归纳为风险评估、正向推导、反向推导、方法验证等,并通过实例对应用过程进行阐述,旨在为大数据在药物安全性研究中的应用提供新思路。
In recent years, the research on prescription sequence symmetry analysis （PSSA） is increasing inter- nationally, and its application becomes more mature. Therefore we collect and analyze related literatures of PSSA published at home and abroad. The research type of this method is classified as risk assessment, forward derivation, reverse deriva- tion, method validation and so on, with examples elaborated, aiming to provide a new idea for the application of large data in drug safety research.
