摘要
目的分析人为因素致血液透析机报警的原因,并给出相应的预防控制措施,提高透析成功率。方法收集2017年1月至4月血液透析期间贝朗dialog血液透析机发生报警的82例患者,共进行血液透析2892例次,对人为因素所致报警原因进行统计分析,采用excel对数据进行整理。结果出现报警1357例次,人为因素所致421例次,其中压力报警182次,占43.23%;空气报警92次,占21.85%;电导度报警79次,占18.76%;其他原因68次,占16.15%。以上报警均被医护人员及时发现,并在5s^3 min内找出原因给予针对性处理措施后,血液透析机正常工作,均未对患者造成损伤。结论透析过程中应加强巡视,密切观察,最大限度降低因人为操作失误导致的报警,以免影响患者情绪,保证透析顺利进行。
Objective To analyze the cause of the Heman Dialog Dialysis Machine alarming by Human Factors, and to give the corresponding prevention and control measures to improve the success rate of dialysis. Methods A total of 82 patients with Heman Dialog Dialysis Machine alarming were enrolled from January to April 2017, and 2892 times of hemodialysis were performed. The causes of human factors were statistical analyzed. Excel was used for data sort out. Results Among 1357 times of alarm, 421 times caused by human factors. Including pressure alarm 182 times, accounting for 43.23%; air alarm 92 times, accounting for 21.85%; electrical conductivity alarm 79 times, accounting for 18.76%; other reasons 68 times, Accounting for 16.15%. The above alarm were detected by medical staff in a timely manner, and to find out the reasons for targeted treatment in 5 s ~ 3 min. And the hemodialysis machine worked normal, did not caused damage to patients. Conclusion In the dialysis process, we should strengthen the inspection and observe closely, minimize the alarm caused by human factors, so as to avoid affecting the patients＇ emotions and ensure the smooth progress of dialysis.
