摘要
医院管理是从医院内部着力进行计划、组织、协调、控制的系列行为。而经营则是从医院内外结合着力进行筹划,以图实现业务量和效益的最大化。本文通过对河南省多家三级甲等医院的专题走访和调研,探讨医院管理与经营的方式及关系,强调在医院的发展过程中决策者起着关键的作用,从而为医院的经营、管理提供可靠的依据。
The management of hospital is a series of behavior from hospital＇s internal which of focus on planning, organization, coordination, and controlling. The operation is the plan which connects the internal and the external of the hospital, in order to realize the maximization of the business volume and the benefit. This paper makes a survey on the special visits and investigations of the third-grade class-A hospitals in He＇nan Province. To explore the way and the relationship of the management and operation. The decision-makers of the hospital plays a key role in the process of the development of the hospital, which provide reliable evidence for hospital operation and management.
