摘要
如何认识我国新时代发展特征,适应社会主要矛盾的新变化,并进行全面科学的把握和学习,是重大理论问题、核心实践要求和全面行动纲领。经济规律是以阶段性特征的哲学思想和构成因素为基础,基于生产组织、产出形态、宏观调控和人民生活等结构要点而形成的在经济运行方面的重要规律。新时代强调历史唯物主义、辩证唯物主义和认识论等三个视角;经济规律强调资源要素、生产方式、配置调控三个层次。本文从三个视角出发,分别提炼了全球化、现代化、初级阶段,新发展理念、供给侧改革、稳中求进,区间意识、底线思维和战略定力等九个方面的新时代特征;从三个层次出发,分别在九个方面中总结并运用经济规律,坚持顶层规划,解决现实问题。以此来落实十九大报告指出的"中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位"和习近平总书记提出的"牢牢把握我国发展的阶段性特征"的指示精神。
How to understand the New Era characteristics of China＇s development, and a comprehensive scientific grasp and learning, is a major theoretical issue, core practice requirement, and comprehensive action program. The economic law is based on the philosophical thought and constituent factors of the phased features, and the important laws of economic operation based on the structural points such as production organization, output form, macrocontrol and people＇s life. New Era emphasis on historical materialism, dialectical materialism and epistemology and other three perspectives; economic law emphasizes the resource elements, production methods, configuration control three levels. In this paper, three aspects of globalization, modernization, primary stage, new development concept, supply side reform, steady progress, interval consciousness, bottom line thinking and strategic strength are extracted from three perspectives. Three levels, respectively, in nine aspects of the summary and use of economic laws, adhere to the top plan to solve practical problems. These will implement socialism with Chinese characteristics as a new historical orientation for China＇s development, which was pointed out in the report of the Nineteen major reports, and implement the spirit ofthe instructions＂firmly grasp the development of our stage characteristics＂ that was proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.
