摘要
加强法医专业法学教学工作,有利于应对法医事业发展的趋势,培养法医专业学生的法律素养,扩充法医专业学生的就业渠道。然而当前我国许多医学院校在法医专业法学教学中,存在着教学任务和教学目的不明确,开设的法学课程及科目偏少,缺少具有法学教育背景的教师,缺乏合适的教材等一系列问题。对策是:明确教学任务及目标,优化法学课程结构、合理安排课程时间,注重法学专业教师的培养,组织编写高质量的法学教材。
It is essential to strengthen the law teaching in major of forensic because it would be helpful to the development trend of forensic science and emphasize the cultivating the legal literacy of students major in forensic science.Also,it is beneficial to expanding the employment channels of students in major of forensic science.However,it seems that there are some problems for many medical colleges and universities and reflects on the lawful teaching.For example,the task of teaching and teaching purpose is not clear enough.The teaching hours of law course is less than normal requirements.The other main problemsseem that there are no adequate teacher faculty and adequate teaching materials.Therefore,the quthor recommend some countermeasures such asrecognizing the teaching task and purpose,and optimizing the structure of the course of law.Similarly,it is necessary to arrange the time of the course reasonably,to pay attention to cultivating teachers and organize the edition of the high quality teaching materials.
