摘要
为控制注塑件的翘曲变形量,对汽车座椅配件进行多种浇口方案设计,采用Moldflow软件对其进行充填模拟,将模拟结果进行比对分析,得出相对合理的浇口方案,以提高修模成功率,缩短产品开发周期,降低成本。
In order to control the warpage of injection molded parts, several kinds of gate schemes for automobile seat fittings were designed. The filling simulation was carried out by Moldflow software. The simulation results were compared and analyzed, and a relatively reasonable gate scheme was obtained in order to improve the success rate of die repair, shorten the product development cycle, and reduce costs.
