摘要
近年来,随着高校后勤社会化的不断深入和发展,高校食堂引进社会资源经营与管理已经成为常态。社会餐饮公司的进入丰富了高校食堂食品的品种,并且整体质量水平也得到很大的提高,但校园内的食品安全事件仍然时有发生。文章在对高校食堂食品安全问题进行深入研究的基础上,探究深层次的原因并提出干预的策略。
Introduction of social resources into college canteen running and management is now an average practice,which helps to increase the diversity of foods and improve the overall quality and level of catering service. However,food safety is still an occasional occurrence on campus. This paper conducts an intensive survey of food safety problems in college canteens,analyzes the causes,and suggests corresponding strategies.
