摘要
目的 :研究和很好地使用前列腺组织粉碎器粉碎前列腺大叶组织块技术。方法 :使用前列腺组织粉碎器(VersaCutTissueMorcellator)对大功率 10 0W钬激光所切下的 37例前列腺组织块粉碎并吸出。以“边冲边吸”及“只冲不吸”发现组织块 ,以“固定 -吸引 -粉碎”与“运动 -吸引 -粉碎”方法粉碎组织。结果 :粉碎前列腺组织块 2 5～ 6 6 g ,平均 4 3g ,粉碎时间 2 0～ 90min ,平均 38min ,所有病人未损伤膀胱 ,粉碎吸引操作顺利。结论 :前列腺组织粉碎器能将前列腺大叶组织块粉碎并同时从膀胱吸出体外 ,粉碎速度快 ,安全可靠 。
Objective:To study the technique of prostatic tissue morcellator morcellating large lobe tissue mass of prostate.Methods:Thirty-seven patients' large lobe tissue mass of prostate of which was cut off by high-power 110w Holmium laser was morcellated and got rid of outside of the body from bladder by means of Versa Cut Tissue Morcellator.The skill operation of the tissue morcellation must be by 'flushing on drawing' water and 'only flushing not on drawing' water for finding tissue,and of 'fixation-drawing-morcellation' and 'activizing-drawing-morcellation' for morcellating tissue.Results:The tissue weight of prostate which was morcellated was 25～66gm,the average was 43gm.The time of tissue morcellation was 20～90min,the average was 38min.All the patients got successful without bladder injury.The operation of morcellation and draw got well.Conclusion:The tissue morcellator of the prostate can morcellate large lobe tissue mass of prostate and draw them outside from bladder.The tissue morcellation was belived,rapid speed and shorten operation time remarkebly.But,the great attention should be paid to being different from the tissue mass of prostate and the membrane of bladder.
