摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展,当前社会越来越需要具有实践和创新能力的综合性创新型人才,这为经济管理类专业人才培养提出了新的挑战与要求。针对当前社会对人才培养的需要,结合金融专业应用型、创新型人才培养实际,分析了目前高校金融专业实践教学中存在的主要问题,提出了金融专业一体化实践教学体系的构建方案,探析了金融专业一体化实践教学体系的实施步骤。
With the development of China＇s economy and society,the current society needs more and more innovative talents with practical and innovative ability,which raises new challenges and demands for the training of economic management professionals. According to the current society＇s need of personnel training and considering the actual training status of the financial specialty practical and innovative types of personnel,this paper analyzes the main problems existed in the practical teaching of financial specialty in colleges and universities,and puts forward the construction plan of the financial professional integration teaching system. It also analyzes the implementation steps of the practical teaching system of financial specialty integration.
