摘要
数字化车间的建设是实现制造业智能化、信息化的关键环节,而目前生产车间存在生产过程不透明、生产信息集成度不高、管理手段落后等问题。针对这些问题,提出了一种数字化车间生产状态实时监测系统框架;并对三维虚拟车间环境的构建、信息集成可视化以及设备状态分析等关键技术进行了研究,在此基础上开发了数字化车间生产状态实时监测系统,实现物理车间的"虚拟映射";最后,通过某生产车间的实际应用,验证了该系统的可行性和有效性。
The construction of digital workshop is the key link to realize the intellectualization and informatization of manufacturing industry. However,there are still some problems such as the production process is not transparent enough,the integration of production information is not enough,and the management is backward. Aiming at these problems,a real-time monitoring system framework for digital factory status was put forward. The key technologies such as the construction of 3 D virtual factory environment,the visualization of information integration and the analysis of equipment status were studied,on this basis,the real-time monitoring system for digital factory status was developed and the system achieved the "virtual mapping "of the physics factory. Finally,the system was applied to a production workshop,and the reliability and stability of the system were verified.
