摘要
目的在呼吸内科管理中应用信息化管理体系,探究分析应用效果。方法在2014年7月—2017年8月期间,在该院呼吸内科管理中应用信息化管理体系,并对应前后相关指标进行比较。结果在呼吸内科管理中应用信息化管理体系后取药时间、缴费时间、诊疗等候时间以及配药时间等内容均有所缩短;患者、医护人员满意度均较之前有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科管理中应用信息化管理体系可有效提升管理水平。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of information management system in improving the man-agement level in the department of respiratory medicine. Methods The information management system was applied in the management in the department of respiratory medicine from July 2014 to August 2017 and Compared the relathe indexes. Results The drug dispensary time, payment time, diagnosis and treatment waiting time and dispensation time were shortened after the application of information management system in the department of respiratory medicine and the satisfactory degree of patients and medical staff were improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of information management system in the management in the department of respiratory medicine can effectively improve the management level.
