摘要
"一带一路"倡议提出以来,宁波民营企业通过海外贸易、跨国并购、建设境外产业园区等方式,积极开辟国际市场,形成了独特的"走出去"竞争优势,并取得了显著成效。新时代背景下,宁波市政府要加强民营企业"走出去"的战略引导,包括加快制订本地民营企业"走出去"的中长期发展规划,健全政府服务和政策扶持体系,完善社会中介服务体系等。
Since the initiative of the Belt and Road has been put forward, private enterprises in Ningbo have opened up international markets by means of overseas trade, cross -border M＆A, and overseas industrial parks, forming a unique competitive advantage of going global and achieved remarkable results. In the new era, Ningbo municipal government should strengthen the strategic direction of going global for private enterprises, the formulation of the medium and long-term development plan for going global for local private enterprises, improve the government service and policy support system, and improve the social intermediary service system.
