摘要
随着中国高校教育快速发展,大学生就业难问题已经成为社会的一种现象。高校培养出来的学生与用人单位看重的技能与人才出现了很大的差距,一些大学生毕业就意味着失业。在校培养期间,可以尝试产教融合进行创新,培养企业预备队,毕业即就业上岗。
With the rapid development of Chinese universities education, the difficulty of college students＇ employment has been a phe-nomenon of society. There＇sa big gap between the college and the company on the skill of the graduates. A part of them are fired whenthey are just graduating from college. In the school, we can try to mix the production and education, innovate and train the reserve team ofcompany. So the graduates can get a job as soon as graduation.
