摘要
随着社会的发展,大学生的就业压力和社会压力加大,经常会出现逃避、自卑、依赖、缺乏自信等心态。因此,大学生的心理健康问题逐渐受到国家和社会的重视。而大学生的自信心问题是大学生心理健康评价的重要指标之一,体育运动不仅能改变身体机能、提高身体健康水平,同时对提高自信心有很好的帮助,同时能够陶冶情操、调节心理状态。所以本文以体育运动为切入点,通过对在校大学生进行实验研究分析,了解体育运动对大学生自信心的影响,旨在提供一定的现实理论依据。
With the development of society, college students' employment pressure and social pressure increase sharply, which leads toescape, inferiority, dependence, lack of self-confidence and so on. Therefore, College students' mental health problems are being drawngreater attention by the society. The self-confidence of college students is one of the important indexes of college students' mental healthevaluation. Sports can not only change the body function, improve the health level and self-confidence, but also cultivate sentiment, adjustthe psychological state. Therefore, the research takes the sports as the breakthrough point, analyzes the college students through the ex-perimental study to understand the impact of sports on college students' self-confidence, aiming to providea certain realistic theoreticalbasis.
