摘要
为了寻求有效的路内停车管理策略,以避免路内停车对出行的过度影响,分析了路内停车位的空间比例、路内停车泊位周转率以及路内停车后的步行距离三个因素对行程时间的影响程度,建立了路内停车影响下的行程时间模型。数值算例验证了模型的可行性,发现路内停车对车辆行程时间的影响显著。最后,在此基础上给出了路内停车管理的相应策略。
In order to seek an effective on-road parking management strategy and to avoid the excessive impact of on-road parking on travel,the travel time model under the influence of on-street parking is established by analyzing the the proportion of on-street parking,the turnover of on-street parking spaces and the walking distance after on-street parking. The feasibility of the model is verified by numerical examples,it is found that on-street parking has a significant effect on the travel time of the vehicle. Finally,the corresponding management strategy is given.
