摘要
目的观察用自拟引血归经汤治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将100例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分成对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予自拟引血归经汤,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组关节肿痛、皮症、腹痛消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟引血归经汤联合西药治疗儿童过敏性紫癜疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Yinxue Guijing decoction in children with allergic purpura. Methods One hundred cases of children with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine, while the treatment group was given self-made Yinxue Guijing decoction on the basis of the control group, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptoms disappear time（joint swelling and pain, skin disease and abdominal pain） in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of self-made Yinxue Guijing decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
