摘要
目的探讨总结经桡动脉穿刺行冠心病介入治疗的护理要点。方法回顾性分析和总结379例接受经桡动脉冠脉造影及介入治疗患者的护理经验。结果本组379例经桡动脉冠脉造影及介入治疗患者均顺利出院,其中行PTCA 5例,支架植入术118例。结论有效完善的介入术前、术中、术后的宣教与监护是护理的重要工作,是明显提高手术的成功率和降低术后并发症率的重要措施之一。
Objective To summarize the nursing points of transradial coronary artery interventional therapy. Methods The nursing experience of 379 patients undergoing transradial coronary angiography and interventional therapy was retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results In this group, 379 patients who underwent transradial coronary angiography and interventional therapy were discharged successfully, including 5 cases of PTCA and 118 cases of stent implantation. Conclusion Effective and perfect preoperative, postoperative and postoperative propaganda and care is an important work of nursing, and is one of the important measures to significantly improve the success rate of operation and reduce postoperative complications rate
