摘要
To define effects of Shouerzhi capsule on intracellular free Ca 2+ and c fos genetic expression of senile dementia model rat’s hippocampus neuron cells. Methods:By means of immunochemistry to observe c fos genetic expression of senile dementia model and through Fura 2 fluorescent technology to measure free Ca 2+ of hippocampus neuron cells.Results: Shouerzhi capsule can reduce not only c fos genetic expression but also the content of intracellular free Ca 2+ of the senile dementia model rat’s hippocampus neuron cells.Conclusion: Shouerzhi capsule can regulate apoptosis of hippocampus neuron cells through reducing c fos genetic expression and intracellular free Ca 2+ content and can prevent and cure senile dementia.
