摘要
为研究隅撑对工字型钢梁极限承载力的影响,课题组采用Q235B钢材设计加工6组工字型钢梁进行抗弯性能试验,研究端部"夹支"约束形式、隅撑、屋面板等因素对钢梁变形特征、破坏形态以及极限承载力的影响。研究结果显示:设置隅撑能使钢梁受弯极限承载力提高1.14~1.18倍;单榀屋面板的蒙皮效应不显著;不同端部"夹支"约束形式对设置隅撑及设置隅撑和屋面板的钢梁试件的极限荷载影响较小。按影响因素对钢梁极限承载力影响的大小依次是:隅撑、屋面板、"夹支"约束形式。表明隅撑和屋面板的设置均可以提高钢梁极限承载力,其中隅撑的作用最为显著。
To study the effect of knee-bracing on the ultimate bearing capacity of I-shaped steel beam,the studying team designed and produced 6 groups of I-shaped steel beams by Q235 B to carry out the bending test.The influence of the beam-end clamping constraints,knee-bracing,roof boarding and other factors on the deformation feature,failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity of steel beam was studied.The results showed that setting knee-bracing could make the ultimate bearing capacity of steel beam increased by 1.14 ~ 1.18 times; the effect of skin diaphragms of single roof boarding was not significant; the effect of different beam-end clamping constraints on the ultimate bearing capacity of steel beam specimens with knee-bracing and roof boarding was little.The influence degree of the influencing factors on the ultimate bearing capacity of steel beam was listed in descending order: knee-bracing,roof boarding,beam-end clamping constraints.The results showed that both of the knee-bracing and roof boarding could improve the ultimate bearing capacity of steel beam,especially the knee-bracing.
