铝合金模板抗弯性能试验研究及参数分析 被引量:12

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH AND PARAMETER ANALYSIS OF FLEXURAL BEHAVIOR OF ALUMINUM ALLOY FORMWORK

摘要 铝合金建筑模板具有质量轻、强度高、环保等特点,在工程中逐渐得到运用。然而关于铝合金建筑模板截面尺寸优化设计的研究尚较少。为此,对6块不同截面尺寸的铝合金模板进行4分点加载的纯弯试验,研究铝合金模板在加卸载后的残余变形、刚度变化情况以及极限抗弯承载能力等力学性能。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对铝合金模板的抗弯性能进行模拟分析,并与试验结果进行对比以验证有限元模型的准确性。在此基础上,采用有限元软件ABAQUS分析铝合金面板厚度、横肋壁厚、边肋和端肋壁厚、边肋和端肋高度等对单块模板的抗弯性能的影响。 The aluminum alloy formwork has been widely used in construction because of its advantages of light weight,high strength and environment friendly.However,the research on the optimization design of the section size for aluminum alloy formwork is rare.Hence,flexural behavior experimental research on aluminum alloy formwork and finite element analysis were conducted in the paper.The four-point pure bending test for six aluminum alloy formworks with different section sizes were carried out to study the residual deformation,stiffness and ultimate bending capacity of formworks.The flexural behavior of aluminum alloy formwork was simulated by the finite element software ABAQUS,and the accuracy of the finite element model was verified by comparing the experimental results to the result of ABAQUS.Then,the influence of section parameters including thickness of aluminum alloy panel,thickness of main rib,the wall thickness of edge rib and end rib and the height of edge rib and end rib on the flexural behavior were analyzed by using the finite element software ABAQUS.
