基于水泥基复合材料连接的装配式框架节点抗震性能试验研究 被引量:6

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON SEISMIC BEHAVIOR OF ECC JOINTS OF PREFABRICATED FRAMEWORK

摘要 为研究采用水泥基复合材料(ECC)连接的装配式框架梁柱节点的抗震性能,对3个ECC连接框架节点试件和1个对比用普通混凝土框架节点试件进行低周反复荷载试验,分别研究现浇区材料、现浇区长度以及现浇区钢筋连接方式对节点抗震性能的影响。试验结果表明:使用ECC替代普通混凝土能显著提高试件的延性及耗能能力;增大ECC连接段的长度能有效提高试件的延性和耗能性能,当ECC现浇区长度增长100 mm时,耗能能力提高了20%;采用套筒连接的装配式节点具有较好的抗震性能,而采用焊接连接的装配式节点在低周反复荷载作用下很快断裂,所以在工程中不宜采用。 In order to study the seismic behavior of engineered cementitions composite(ECC) beam-column joints of prefabricated framework,3 ECC specimens and 1 ordinary concrete specimen for comparing were tested under quasistatic loading,the material of casting area,the length of casting area,the connection of the steel bars were studied respectively.The test results showed that the use of ECC instead of common concrete could significantly improve the ductility and energy dissipation of the specimens; increasing the length of the ECC connection section could effectively improve the ductility and energy dissipation of the specimens,when the ECC cast-in-situ area length increased 100 mm,the energy dissipation capacity of the specimen increased by 20%; the specimens with socket connection had good seismic behavior,and the specimens with welding connection fractured quickly under quasi-static loading,so this type of joint should not be used in engineering.
