摘要
目的探讨盐酸丁卡因胶浆对男性患者留置导尿舒适度的影响。方法选择我院120例需导尿的男性手术患者,随机将其分成观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予石蜡油辅助留置导尿,观察组给予盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助留置导尿,观察对比两组患者的一次成功率、插管疼痛情况、插管10 min后尿道刺激情况以及发生躁动情况等。结果观察组插管一次成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),插管疼痛程度、插管10min后尿道刺激程度以及躁动情况均轻于对照组(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论与石蜡油相比,盐酸丁卡因胶浆对男性患者留置导尿的舒适度有提升作用。
Objective To explore the effects of comfort degree of tetracaine hydrochioride jelly for male patients with retention catheterization.Methods 120 anesthesia male patients were divided into observation group（n=60） and control group（n=60） randomly.The control group was taken paroline assisted tetracaine and the observation group was taken tetracaine hydrochioride jelly assisted tetracaine.The one-time successful rate,pain degree,urethral stimulation after 10 min of intubation and restlessness in the two groups were compared.Results In observation group,the one-time successful rate,pain degree,urethral stimulation after 10 min of intubation and restlessness degree were significant lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with paroline,tetracaine hydrochioride jelly can improve the effects of general anesthesia male patients with retention catheterization.
