妊娠高血压综合征患者血液流变学指标及血脂水平的变化 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者血流变指标和血脂水平的变化。方法对52例妊高征患者及40例正常对照者进行血流变指标和血脂和检测。结果妊高征患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、血沉方程K值、红细胞聚集及刚性指数、纤维蛋白原、总胆固醇及甘油三脂浓度等均显著高于正常对照 (P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论妊高征患者存在着血液流变学的异常和血清脂质代谢的紊乱 。
