摘要
目的研究创伤前给予大鼠普萘洛尔对大鼠创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的预防作用。方法预先ip给予大鼠普萘洛尔,建立大鼠单次延长应激模型(SPS模型),采用Morris水迷宫实验、拒俘实验评价普萘洛尔对PTSD发生的预防效果,同时观察普萘洛尔干预后大鼠血清中皮质酮水平的变化。结果预先给予普萘洛尔可以改善PTSD引起SPS模型大鼠的空间记忆能力损伤,同时在一定程度上缓解其焦虑症状。结论创伤前给予普萘洛尔可预防大鼠PTSD症状的发生,该给药方式为特殊时期预防PTSD的发生提供了一种新的方法。
OBJECTIVE To study the preventive effect of Propranolol on post - traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) in rats by pre - training administration. METHODS Propranolol intraperitoneally was given to rats before, but not after session of prolonged stress (SPS) treatment,its potential to prevent PTSD was examined. The behavior changes of rats were observed with Morris water maze test and Reject grip test. The corticosterone level in rat senml was determined by ELISA. RESULTS Treatment with Propranolol ameliorated the impairment of spatial memory in the rats treated with SPS and led to improvement in the anxiety behaviors. CONCLU- SION Pre -training administration of Propranolol may prevent PTSD.
