摘要
目的:为满足高速发展的现代化综合医院后勤管理要求,对高素质后勤人才的培养模式进行探索和研究。方法:规划人才培养战略、完善人才引进体系、丰富人才培训模式、创新人才实践机制和营造人才培养氛围等一系列措施。结果:经过十余年探索,解决了后勤人员结构不合理、学历偏低、年龄偏大等问题,逐步实现了人力资源配置由劳动密集型向知识密集型的成功转变,完成了以中青年骨干为主导力量的人才梯队建设。结论:医院后勤现代化的管理和运行离不开人才的支撑,加强后勤人才培养,构建一支适应医院发展的人才队伍,能够促进整个医院可持续发展,从而适应现代化医院快速平稳发展的要求。
Objective In order to meet the requirements of logistics management of the modernized comprehensive hospital, the training mode of high - quality logistics talent was explored and studied. Methods A series of measures to develop the talent cultivation strategy, improve the talent introduction system, enrich the training mode of talents, innovate the practice mechanism of talents, and build the atmosphere of talent cultivation. Results After more than ten years of exploration, the problems of unrea- sonable structure, low education level and older in age of logistics personnel have been solved. The transformation of human re- source allocation from labor - intensive to knowledge - intensive is gradually realized, and the construction of the talent echelon, which is dominated by young and middle - aged backbone has been completed. Conclusion The management and operation of hos- pital logistics modernization cannot be separated from the support of talents. Strengthen the cultivation of logistics talents, build a talent team that adapts to hospital development, can promote the sustainable development of the whole hospital, in order to adapt to the fast and steady development of the modern hospital.
