摘要
当前,公安院校在人才培养方面临诸多困境,针对现状和困境进行转变成为公安院校教学工作需要积极探索的问题。结合公安管理人才培养的实践,在"双一流"战略背景下深入探讨,总结并提出了公安管理学科人才培养具体路径:树立正确理念,提高公安管理人才的核心竞争力;坚持因材施教,提高公安管理人才的个性化培养水平;创新教学方法,提高公安管理人才的学术素养;培养人文情怀,提高公安管理人才的综合素质。
At present,the public security colleges and universities are faced w ith many difficulties in personnel training. How to change for the status quo and the predicament has been a problem need to actively explore in the teaching w ork of public security colleges and universities. Combined w ith the practice of personnel training of public security management in Jiangsu Police Institute,this paper explores and proposes the specific path of personnel training of public security management under the background of ＂double first-class＂strategy ： establish the correct concept to improve the core competitiveness of public security management personnel; insist on teaching in line w ith the student＇s ability to improve the personal training of public security management personnel; innovate teaching methods to improve the academic quality of public security management personnel; cultivate human feelings to improve the overall quality of public security management personnel.
