Evaluation Method of Angle Measurement Accuracy for wMPS

摘要 室内空间测量定位系统(workshop measuring and positioning system,wMPS)作为一种新型的网络式大尺寸坐标测量系统,其发射站测角精度直接影响最终测量精度.针对wMPS缺乏有效的测量精度评价方法,设计了wMPS单站测角精度评定装置,研究了利用多齿分度台、自准直仪等高精度仪器作为精度溯源基准的测角评定方法,分析了该方法引入的系统误差.实验表明:wMPS单站测角精度优于2″(k=1).最后,利用激光跟踪仪与wMPS进行空间坐标比对,比对结果验证了该测角精度评定方法的准确性,表明wMPS具有较高的测量精度,满足大尺寸测量要求. Workshop measuring and positioning system( wMPS) is a large-scale network based new coordinate measurement system. The ultimate measurement precision is directly affected by the station's angle measurement accuracy. Because wMPS lacks effective accuracy evaluation methods,a method for evaluating the accuracy of angle measurement is designed. Multi-tooth indexing table and autocollimator are used as the measurement basis. The system error induced by this method is analyzed. Experimental results show that the angle accuracy of wMPS is better than 2″( k = 1). Finally,the space coordinate is compared using laser tracker and wMPS,and the corresponding results verified the accuracy of the evaluation method of angle measurement accuracy for wMPS. Findings show that wMPS has high measurement accuracy,and can meet the requirements of large scale measurement.
