摘要
以可编程控制器PLC为核心,步进电机为执行机构,触摸屏为人机交互界面,设计了基于PLC的运动控制系统;采用"脉冲+方向"的方式,实现了步进电机的平稳运行;通过PLC高速计数器采集编码器信号,完成了系统的反馈环节。
Using PLC as core,stepper motor as actuating element and touch screen as human-machine interface,this paper presents the design of a PLC-based motion control system. Using the " pulse + direction" approach,it realizes steady operation of the stepper motor.Encoder signals are collected through a high-speed PLC counter to complete the feedback loop of the system.
