摘要
随着国家对低碳、节能、环保的日益重视,渔民对小型渔业船舶使用要求不断提高,节能环保、耐腐蚀、耐碰撞、低成本的小型聚乙烯渔业船舶开始崭露头角。在充分进行国内市场调研的基础上,阐述了采用不同聚乙烯原材料和建造工艺建造船舶的优缺点,分析了聚乙烯材料船舶的特点。研究了低密度聚乙烯船舶和高密度聚乙烯船舶的生产工艺和关键性技术。最后针对我国渔船的发展现状,对聚乙烯渔业船舶的应用提出建议和措施。
With more attention paid to the concept of low carbon,energy saving and environmental protection by the Chinese government and the increasing requirements for small fishery vessels from fishermen,fishery vessels made of polyethylene have increased their presence in this industry. On the basis of full domestic market research,the advantages and disadvantages of fishery vessels made of different polyethylene raw materials with different technologies were introduced,and the features of these kinds of vessels were analyzed.And the production engineering and key manufacturing technology of both low density and high density polyethylene were studied. Finally,based on the current situation of fishing vessels in China,the suggestions and measures were proposed for the application of fishery vessels made of polyethylene materials.
