摘要
山竹是一种产自马来群岛的优稀水果。果肉中丰富的营养能较好地供给人体所需。约占整果55%的果壳富含有黄酮类化合物、呫吨酮类化合物、花色苷、原花青素等活性成分,使其具有抗炎镇痛、抗氧化、抗癌、抗菌等生理活性,由此被广泛应用于食品、医学、化工等多方面。本文就山竹果综合利用现状及其活性提取物研究进展进行综述,以开发指导我国山竹全果资源的综合利用。
Mangosteen is a rare fruit produced from the Malay Islands. The rich nutrients in the flesh can be better supplied to the human body. About 55% of the whole fruit is rich in flavonoids,xanthone compounds,anthocyanins,procyanidins and other active ingredients, so it has anti-inflammatory analgesic, anti-oxidation, anti-cancer,antibacterial and other physiological activity. Mangosteen is widely used in food,medicine,chemical and other aspects.The comprehensive utilization of mangosteen and its active extract were reviewed in order to develop and guide the comprehensive utilization of mangosteen resources in China.
