摘要 患有腰椎间盘突出或是腰部受伤的人群负载能力下降,介绍了一种新型气动肌肉助力背心帮助患者实现承力。设计了气动助力背心的整体方案,将充气伸长的气动肌肉及其辅件两端分别作用在胯部和腋下,从而降低腰部的压力。研制了一种径向尺寸小、具备柔顺性和有一定径向刚度的波纹内衬式滑管气动肌肉作为助力背心的支撑单元,并测试了气动肌肉的等长特性。通过理论计算了气动助力背心的承载能力。试验表明,助力背心工作在0.2 MPa时,能实现120 N的支撑力。 Those who suffer from the lumbar disc protrusion or waist injuries are of lower capacity,and then a novel auxiliary vest powered by pneumatic muscle is developed to help the patient. The whole scheme of the auxiliary vest is designed,and the pneumatic muscle and its accessories are used to act in the crotch and armpit,respectively.The pneumatic muscle elongates when it is inflated to reduce the stress on the waist. A new kind of bellows lining slip pipe pneumatic muscle with small radial dimension and radial stiffness is designed,and the isometric property of the pneumatic muscle is tested. The support capacity of the pneumatic auxiliary vest is analyzed. The test shows that the pneumatic auxiliary vest can provide a supporting force of 120 N at the air supply pressure of 0. 2 MPa.
