高碳盘条SWRH82B内马氏体成因探讨

摘要 用金相显微镜、显微维氏硬度计、扫描电镜配合能谱仪分析了高碳盘条SWRH82B内异常组织马氏体特征和成因。结果表明:高碳盘条SWRH82B内存在异常组织马氏体,呈针状特征,主要分布在1/2半径区域内;C、Cr、Mn元素偏析是马氏体形成的根本原因。连铸过程控制元素偏析,以减少马氏体的形成;优化轧制工艺,可控制马氏体的尺寸和组织形态。 The characteristics and causes of abnormal structure martensite in SWRH82B high carbon wire rod were analyzed by means of the metallographic microscope, micro vickers and scanning electron microscope as well as alpha ray spectrometer. The results showed that there were abnormal structure martensite in the SWRH82B high carbon wire rod, which was needle-like and mainly distributed in the 1/2 radius region. C, Cr, Mn element segregation was the root cause of martensite formation. In the process of continuous casting, the element segregation should be controlled to reduce the formation of martensite; the optimization of rolling process could also control the size and structural morphology of martensite.
