摘要
影像学定位阴性或不一致是原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症（PHPT）的诊治中经常遇到的问题。手术是治疗PHVF的唯一有效方法，术前影像学定位在PHPT的治疗中非常重要，能够帮助外科医生定位病灶和选择术式，但影像学定位阴性或不一致不能排除PHPT的诊断，也不能成为判断是否应当手术的标准。对于有手术指征但影像学未能明确定位的PHPT患者，推荐其到经验丰富的医院寻求手术探查治疗的机会。

However, with negative or inconsistent imaging is a significant Preoperative imaging is performed for lesion localization negative or inconsistent imaging could not exclude the diagnosis of PHPT and should not be ruled out the decision of operation. Therefore, for PHPT patients who had indication for surgery but with negative or inconsistent imaging result （ s ）, it is better to transfer the patient to experienced center and surgeons for a proper surgical treatment.
