化学成分对球团矿抗压强度影响的研究现状 被引量:12

摘要 综述了不同化学成分对球团矿抗压强度的影响。结果发现:球团矿抗压强度的获得主要由赤铁矿晶粒的互连晶决定,改变球团矿的化学成分,球团矿中矿物组成和赤铁矿晶粒间的连晶程度发生改变,进而使球团矿的抗压强度受到影响。本文加深了对球团矿抗压强度获得的认识,可为通过配矿来提高球团矿的强度提供其理论基础。 Abstract The effect of chemical composition on the compressive strength of pellets were reviewed. The results show that, the compressive strength of the pellets was mainly determined by the hematite interconnect - crystal grains. The mineral compo- sition and the crystallization degree of hematite crystal of pellets will be change with the change of the chemical composition of pellets, then the compressive strength of pellets is affected. In this paper, the understanding of the obtaining compressive strength of the pellets is profounder, and it could provides theoretical basis to improve the strength of the pellets by ore matching.
