含钛铌铁精矿含碳球团直接还原试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study on direct reduction of carbon-containing pellets of titanium-bearing niobium iron concentrate

摘要 用含钛铌铁精矿粉和无烟煤作为原料,在实验室条件下,系统研究了碱度、还原温度、还原时间、配碳量(C/O摩尔比)等因素对含钛铌铁精矿含碳球团还原过程的影响。研究结果表明,当调整碱度R=1.0,碳氧比C/O=1.0,还原温度为1 100℃,还原时间为20 min时,其金属化率达到86.31%,还原效果较好。本文可为含钛铌铁精矿转底炉煤基直接还原工艺的开发提供参考。 The effects of alkalinity, reduction temperature, reduction time, carbon content ( C/O molar ratio), etc. on the reduction process of carbon - containing pellets of titanium - bearing niobium iron concentrate were studied systematically under the laboratory conditions using titanium - bearing niobium iron concentrate and anthracite as raw materials. The results show that when the basicity is R = 1.0, the carbon oxygen ratio is C/O = 1.0, the reduction temperature is 110℃, and the reduction time is 20min, the metallization rate reaches 86.31%, and the reduction effect is better. This paper can provide reference for the development of rotary hearth furnace coal - base direction reduction process of titanium - bearing niobium iron concentrate.
